This journey links Kenya's great safari parks with the coast. Start with two nights in the Maasai Mara for Big Five game drives and, from July to October, the migration. Walk among giraffes and zebras on Crescent Island at Lake Naivasha, then spend two nights in Amboseli beneath Mount Kilimanjaro. Continue through Tsavo West's springs and lava landscapes and Tsavo East's open plains before arriving at your chosen beach hotel in Mombasa, Diani or along the coast, ready for a relaxing beach extension.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Meet-and-greet at the airport and safari briefing, then drive to the Maasai Mara for lunch at your lodge. Afternoon game drive in search of the Big Five and black-maned lions. Dinner and overnight (L, D).
Morning and afternoon game drives in one of the world's great wildlife areas, with lion prides, cheetahs, hippos and, in season, the migration herds. All meals and overnight at your lodge (B, L, D).
Drive to Lake Naivasha for lunch, then take a guided walk on the Crescent Island conservancy among giraffes, waterbuck, eland, wildebeest, zebras and impalas, with hippos in the lake. Dinner and overnight at your lodge (B, L, D).
Travel to Amboseli National Park, known for its elephants and views of Mount Kilimanjaro, arriving for lunch. Afternoon game drive, meals and overnight at your lodge (B, L, D).
Morning and afternoon game drives, with the midday hours free to relax at the lodge. Meals and overnight (B, L, D).
Drive to Tsavo West, famous for Mzima Springs and its underwater hippo observatory. Arrive for lunch and an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge (B, L, D).
Continue to Tsavo East for game viewing around Mudanda Rock, the Yatta Plateau and Lugard Falls, among elephants, lions, leopards and gerenuk. All meals and overnight at your lodge (B, L, D).
An early-morning game drive, then breakfast and the drive to Mombasa for transfer to your beach hotel (B).
Accommodation: Lodges in the Maasai Mara (2 nights), Lake Naivasha (1 night), Amboseli (2 nights), Tsavo West (1 night) and Tsavo East (1 night), or similar. Beach hotel available on request.
