Day 01

Our representative will meet you on arrival,after briefing drive to Olpejeta conservancy .Our destination is Sweet waters Tented Camp a sheltered oasis,clustered around a waterhole and set in the pristine calm of its own private reserve, arrive in time for lunch. After lunch leave for afternoon game drive in the private 110,000-acre ranch, also worldly known as the site of Jane Goodall’s Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Animals found here are mainly the big game, including giraffe, zebra, buffalo, elephant, Oryx and eland. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 02

Leave for Aberdares national park where on arrival lunch will be served at the Aberdare Safari Club base hotel for the Ark. The Ark located in thick woodland at the heart of this Park is known as a Tree hotel uniquely shaped to resemble Noah’s Ark, with deck from which numerous balconies and lounges provide superb vantage viewing points. After lunch, proceed to the Ark for game viewing from your balconies.These balconies and lunges provide superb views of animals visiting the salt-lick and waterhole. By luck you may see African elephants, lions, rhinos, black leopard and the elusive bongo antelope. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 03

Proceed to Lake Nakuru famous for its stunning flocks of the lesser flamingoes which literally turns the lake pink. Lunch enroute arriving for afternoon game drive. Animals expected to be seen Includes; Thompson’s and Grant’s Gazelle, the rare long eared leaf-nosed bat, Columbus monkey, Rock Hyrax, Hippo, Leopard, Lion, Rhino, Waterbuck, Impala, Gazelle, Stripped Hyena, Bat eared fox, Wild cat, Reedbuck and Golden cat. Re-stocked mammals include; Lion, Black and white Rhino and the endangered Rothschild’s Giraffe just to mention but a few.Return to your town hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 04

Leave to the world famous Masai Mara game Reserve considered a “must see” for any visitor traveling on safari in Kenya reason because it’s graced by a wide variety of unique and exquisite wild life and birds. Its home to the richest concentration of wildlife, including the “Big Five. Zebras, antelope, gnus, Oribis, hyenas, giraffes, warthogs, gazelles, hartebeests, hippos, crocodiles and others are well represented. The park has the largest concentration of African lions, including the black-maned lion. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge followed by afternoon game drive. Return for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 05

The Masai Mara Ecosystem holds one of the highest lion density in the whole world and its where two million Wildebeest, Zebra and Thompsons gazelles migrate annually. During our day of morning and afternoon game drives we may view prides of lions, hippos in the river, cheetahs racing across the plains and many varieties of antelopes. Lunch dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 06

After breakfast depart for Nairobi and transfer the airport for your beach relaxation.

Day 01
Morning hours, arrival into Kigali; Meet & Greet Services, followed by airport transfer. Embark on orientation tour of Kigali City. This includes a visit of the Genocide Memorial Centre & Liberation Museum (at Parliament Buildings).
Lunch at Hotel Mille Collines. The Hotel is famous of the ‘Film Hotel Ruanda, in regards to the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsis.
Later, drive north – to the Volcanoes National Park + overnight. 94km, 2.5hrs

Day 02
Morning, enjoy the ultimate adventure – Mountain Gorilla Trek in the volcanoes forest. Freshen-up + lunch at the lodge, followed by check-out.
Finally, drive back to Kigali – with drop-off at Kigali International Airport, for evening outbound flight.

GORILLA TRACKING

In the program there is a day in Bwindi to track gorillas. The cost of the gorilla permit is included in the tariff.

We can obtain these permits if you communicate to us in advance. In case of availability, these have to be paid immediately.

In case of modification; we will communicate it as soon as possible.
Once requested and paid for, the gorilla permit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

VISA

A visa is needed for Uganda. Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months is needed. The price is $100 (valid for one month and for a single entrance). The visa is issued at the airport on arrival.

TRANSPORT

We use 4×4 minibus vehicles or land cruisers.

Day 01-Arrival

Day 02 – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Leave Kampala in the morning. Stopover at the Equator, a famous spot for photography. For the rest of the journey view the long horned Ankole cattle papyrus acacia woodlands and terraced landscape of Kigezi high lands on your way to Bwindi impenetrable national park. Lunch enroute in Mbarara at the Igongo Cultural Centre and a chance to visit the Ankole cultural museum. Dinner and overnight

Day 03 – Gorilla Tracking

After an early Breakfast and briefing from the guide, set off for the gorilla trekking in the Forest Sanctuary, the activity starts at 8.00am. You need to carry packed lunch, rain jacket and jungle boots. The rangers will provide you with walking sticks and your driver will ensure that you have enough drinking water. The time taken to find the gorillas depends on the movements of these marvelous primates. An encounter with an earth shaking 350 pound silverback or baby gorilla is an unforgettable experience!

Day 04 – The tree climbing Lions of Ishasha sector

After breakfast, drive through the Ishasha sector of QENP; go for a game drive in the open Savannah in search for the tree climbing lions. These rare lions are found only in this part of the park. It’s impressive to look at them while they are resting on top of the fig trees. Lunch en-route. Afternoon, proceed to the Mweya peninsula. Dinner and overnight at

Day 05 – The boat cruise on Kazinga Channel

After a cup of coffee, embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi and Queens’s mile tracks in the park and expect to see lions, elephants, Cape buffalo, warthogs, leopard, spotted hyena, mangoose, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, topi and a lot of small animals and birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and relax on the swimming pool. After lunch board the boat cruise for the best navigation of the Kazinga Channel, a good experience for birding, as you will see many water birds, cormorants, pelicans, eagles, as well as crocodiles, hippos, elephants. Transfer to Fort Portal for dinner and overnight at

Day 06 – Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale forest National Park.

Day 01- Arrival

Day 2 -The marvelous Murchison Falls
Early morning, leave Kampala for this Jungle Uganda safari driving further northwest to Murchision falls national park. Proceed to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for a nature walk to see the rare rhinos in the wild. Lunch in Masindi Hotel .Finally, proceed to Murchison Falls National Par. With 3.840 Kms,this is certainly the largest protected area in Uganda,named after the falls on the Victoria Nile. Relax a bit at a situated site on the top of the spectacular falls. Here, you can see the Nile’s perfected beauty and marvel as it compresses and squeezes itself from over 1 kilometer wide down through a seven meter canyon. The 43 meter drop of the falls creates a thunderous roar. In addition, a beautiful rainbow in a plume of spray – the best of the Nile River is something to admire. Day 3 – The boat cruise on the river Nile
Embark on an early morning game drive on the Northern bank .Your guide will help you spot animal found here for instance, elephants, lions, cape buffalos, Rothschild’s giraffes, hartebeests, waterbucks, oribis, bushbucks, spotted hyenas and, if you are lucky, leopards. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Relax at the swimming pool side. After lunch. Later, take a boat to the calm Victoria Nile and the base of the falls just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron.” There you can marvel at toothsome hippos, crocodiles and over the 17-kilometer stretch you may also see elephants, waterbucks as well as Uganda kobs. This is also the habitat for many bird species including; goliath herons, Egyptian geese, pelican bee-eaters, kingfishers, Hornbills, cormorants and the rare shoebill stork. After taking photographs of the Murchison Falls you will return for dinner and overnight as above.

Day 4 – Fort Portal on the shadow of the Mountains of the Moon
Today, drive from Murchison Falls Southwest via the Albertine Escarpment of the Western Rift Valley. You drive further through Hoima, the town of the Bunyoro kindgom, passing though verdant countryside, tea plantations and traditional homesteads. You reach the colorful and pretty town of Fort Portal, the capital of the Tooro kingdom, in the shadow of the fabled “Mountains of the Moon,” the Rwenzori. Finally, dinner and overnight at Mountains of the moon or Fortmotel or Ataco country Resort ( B)
Day 5 – Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park
Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park after an early break, for primate viewing. The activity starts at around 8.00 am in the morning. A half day search for chimpanzees in addition to other primates. Besides this, we also have phoestes, Red-colobuses, Blues, Red-tailed and grey cheeked manga beys swinging through the dense forest. Birds, butterflies and many small insects can be found here. The guide will provide detailed explanations on not only primates, but also on all the forest’s fauna as well as flora. After that, have a visit to Bigodi swamp eco -tourism site which is very amazing, as we shall encounter rare and beautiful flora and fauna.Lastly,on the way back do not miss the beauty of the Kasenda Crater Lakes, which dominates all the surrounding areas with the possibility of amazing panoramic views.

Day 7 – Queen Elizabeth National Park
Today, after a cup of coffee embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park .Animals expected to be seen are for instance; lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mangoose, waterbucks, kobs , leopard, in addition to other small animals besides birds. You will reach the Lake George. Drive back to the lodge for lunch. Later in the afternoon drive to the splendid Crater Lakes region for sightseeing’s. Finally, dinner and overnight will be at Mweya safari lodge or Ihamba lodge or Bush lodge.
Day 8 – The tree climbing lions of Ishasha sector
After breakfast, drive through the Ishasha sector of QENP; go for a game drive in the open Savannah in search for the tree climbing lions. These rare lions are found only in this part of the park. It’s impressive to look at them while they are resting on top of the fig trees. Lunch en-route. finally, proceed to the Mweya peninsula. Day 9 – The encounter with mountains gorillas
Early morning transfer to the park headquarters for briefing before you enter into the gorilla sanctuary of Bwindi Forest. The rainforest is spectacular as it offers a dramatic, heavily forested as well as a dense landscape crisscrossed by numerous animal trails, allowing access for tourists. This park is best known for the fascinating mountains gorillas, where the time taken and terrain varies according to the movements of these marvelous primates. The thrill of spending time with and observing the gorillas is a rare, moving, awesome and exciting adventure. The gorillas are shy and peaceful animals and it is an unforgettable experience to watch and photograph them as they interact with each other.

Day 10 – The beautiful Lake Bunyonyi

Take breakfast before making a scenic journey to Kabale through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape. An area similarly known as the “Switzerland of Africa”. Stop over at the Bakiga Museum in Kabale to discover the culture of the people living in the area. Later, enjoy lunch at Arcadia Cottages with unique and amazing panoramic view of the Lake Bunyonyi. Most importantly, this is the deepest lake in Uganda. Afternoon boats ride inside the lake to various islands for bird viewing as well as sightseeing.
Lastly, return to Birdnest or Heritage lodge or Bunyonyi overland for dinner and overnight.
Day 11 – Lake Mburo National Park
Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest in Uganda in size. Take a game drive in search for the beautiful impalas, zebras, cape buffalos, elands, oribi as well as topi. Besides game drive, many visitors also enjoy a boat trip on Lake Mburo. The park is a very good opportunity for bird watchers, who will enjoy more than 250 species of birds found here.For instance,Papyrus gonoleks, Brown-faced lapwings and Carruther’s cisticolas.

Day 12- Reserved for Departure

Proceed to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest protected area in Uganda, with 3.840 Kms, named after the falls on the Victoria Nile, which divides the park into two sectors. Relax a bit at a situated site on the top of the spectacular falls, where you can see the Nile’s perfected beauty and marvel as it compresses and squeezes itself from over 1 kilometre wide down through a seven meter canyon. The 43 meter drop of the falls creates a thunderous roar and a beautiful rainbow in a plume of spray – the best of the Nile River Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 03: The boat cruise on the river Nile

Your day starts with an early morning game drive, transverse the Northern part of the park for a game drive to view and take photographs of elephants, buffalos, waterbucks, hippos, giraffes, Uganda kobs, lions, if you are lucky the leopards, plus a variety of bird species. After lunch, proceed for a two-hour cruise to the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls. This is an opportunity to see the amazing hippos, crocodiles along the riverbanks. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 04: Fort Portal on the shadow of the Mountains of the Moon

Early morning transfer from Murchison Falls driving Southwest via the Albertine Escarpment of the great Western Rift Valley. Day 05: Queen Elizabeth National Park, the Pearl of Uganda

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park after breakfast. Have a game drive en –route to the lodge. After lunch, enjoy the two hours launch trip on Kazinga Channel for amazing bird life and a variety of wild life. An evening drive to the crater lakes region is rewarding. Dinner & overnight at the lodge.

Day 06: The habituated chimpanzees of Kyambura Gorge

Take an early morning cup of coffee before setting off for a game drive along Kasenyi track and Queen’s mile in the park and expect to see lions, elephants, buffalos, warthogs and lots of animals and birds. Get back to the lodge for breakfast. After lunch, drive to Kyambura gorge for a forest walk to look for the habituated chimpanzees and other primates. This gorge is 16 km long on the Rift Valley and 100 meter deep. The rangers will provide you with a walking stick for this spectacular trekking. Dinner & overnight at the lodge.

Day 07: The tree climbing lions in Ishasha

Early breakfast and drive to the Ishasha sector of the park for a game drive in search of the tree climbing lions. Today you will have packed lunch. After the game drive proceed to Bwindi for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 08: The magic encounter with the mountains gorillas

After an early breakfast and briefing from the guides, set off for the mountains gorilla tracking inside the Bwindi forest. You need to carry drinking water, rain jacket and jungle boots while the rangers will provide you with a walking stick. Gorilla tracking is one of the unique activities you will enjoy while photographing and observing the gorillas. After tracking, come back to the Homestead for lunch before making a scenic journey to Kabale through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape. An area referred as the “Switzerland of Africa”, with its incredible view of Lake Bunyonyi. Dinner and overnight at

Day 09: The fabulous scenery of Lake Bunyonyi

After an early breakfast, have a two hour boat ride inside Lake Bunyonyi to various islands inside the lake for bird viewing, sight-seeing and discovering the sites of the Bakiga culture. Drive to Entebbe. Lunch en route in Mbarara. A stopover is made at the Equator for photography.

DAY 01- ARUSHA – LK MANYARA NATIONAL PARK /TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
You will be picked up by our Driver guide and start your safari. Proceed to Lake Manyara National Park or Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive with Picnic Lunch.
On your Lake Manyara Game Drive
The park is truly a photographer’s playground and offers some of the best game viewing in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa’s most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees practically begging to be photographed.

It’s a nearly four-hour drive to the Serengeti park gates. You can choose to break up the drive with either Masai Boma Visit or Olduvai Gorge.

DAY 03- SERENGETI CENTRAL-SERENGETI NORTH

The Lobo Hills are covered in large acacia trees which support large amounts of elephants, giraffes, antelopes, buffaloes, and the carnivores that prey on them. It’s a fascinating opportunity to see a large number of Africa’s most iconic animals in a relatively small amount of time.
From here we’ll proceed to the Bologonja and Wogatende areas where we will eventually meet the Mara River itself. Home to large numbers of hippos and Nile crocodiles, the Mara River is the last major obstacle standing between the Wildebeest Migration and the relative safety of the Masai Mara. If you’re patient and a little lucky, you may even get to witness the death-defying crossing itself. This is where wildebeest and zebras brave the river’s currents and crocodiles in an attempt to reach safety on the opposite bank.

DAY 01: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK- TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
This is considered as the best of Tanzania. You will be picked up by our Driver/Guide and start your safari, Proceed to Lake Manyara National Park or Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive with Picnic Lunch.
On your Lake Manyara Game Drive

DAY 01 – MOSHI – MARANGU GATE – MANDARA HUT
Pick up from Moshi town after safari briefing and to Kilimanjaro National Park.
Our guide will be waiting for you at the base where you will begin your ascent through the verdant rain forest that clothes the lower reaches of Kilimanjaro. Hiking for 5-6 hours through this ancient jungle, you’ll get to go on a miniature safari as you spot wildlife such as black and white colobus monkeys along the way.
You’ll spend your night at the modern Mandara Huts, which boast luxuries such as solar lighting and flush toilets. You won’t be seeing those again anytime soon!

DAY 02– MANDARA HUT – HOROMBO HUT
On this day you will cover more than 11Kilometers, so you have to be up very early as you got a long day of hiking ahead of you. The hike takes you from the verdant rainforest into the stark alpine zone, to Maundi Crater. If the weather is favorable, you’ll find stunning views of Kibo Glacier from here before settling down for the evening.

DAY 03 – HOROMBO HUT – KIBO HUT
It’s another big day of hiking today, as you’ll make your way to Kibo Hut to set up camp ahead of your summit attempt. Climbing almost 1,000m, you’ll pass your last watering point at the 4,130m mark before arriving at Kibo Hut in the afternoon. It’s always recommended you take a lot of water during your early dinner, as you’ll be up early tomorrow to begin your ascent to the summit!

DAY 04 – KIBO HUT – UHURU PEAK – HOROMBO HUT
This day you rise up and start early – just after midnight, in fact! Your climbing team will wake you with a cup of hot tea and a light snack for energy as you get dressed and prepare your daypack for the adventure ahead. You’ll be hiking in utter darkness for the next 5-7 hours, so take it slow and you’ll arrive at Stella Point a few hours before dawn. From here, there’s another two hours of intense hiking before you reach your ultimate goal: Uhuru Peak. Standing at 5,985m, you’ll be able to experience a spectacular sunrise and take in the panoramic view. You’ve done it. You’ll then descend back to Horombo Hut via Kibo Hut. At anywhere between 12 and 16 hours of hiking, this is sure to be one of the longest, most grueling days of your life!

DAY 05 – HOROMBO HUT – MARANGU GATE – MOSHI

It’s a day of celebration today, as you’ll enjoy one last breakfast on the mountain before descending to the Marangu Gate,a walk of almost 20km walk today, but the steady downhill makes it a lot easier than the ascent. Upon arrival at the gate, you’ll get to celebrate with your porters and guides, provide them with their tips for their hard work, and collect your certificate of completion. Your driver will then whisk you away to your Moshi or Arusha hotel to get some well-earned rest.

First, you will be picked from your hotel/ Airport after safari briefing transfer to Wilson airport. Your flight to Masai Mara departs Wilson at 1000hrs to arrive Mara at 1100hrs. On arrival you will meet by our lodge representative. Finally, with the help of game drive you will arrive in time for lunch at Sarova Mara Game Camp.
